How to Make Your Own All  Natural Deodorant

As most of you already know, there's a ton of chemicals in most over the counter deodorants that we use on a regular basis. Over time, using these chemical infused deodorants on our skin can actually  cause an awful lot of complications. There's a ton of problems that can come with prolonged usage of some of these products. So this has led many of us to find a safer more suitable alterative to the problem.

So in this post you will learn what herbs you need to use to make your own all natural deodorant.

Herbs used to create an all-natural deodorant

Tea Tree Oil –This herb has become very popular in recent years, it’s hands down the most recognizable antibacterial essential oil.

Rosemary – Did you know that rosemary was actually used in the first cologne ever created? And until around the 20th century rosemary leaves were burned around hospitals to purify them. When used in a deodorant it helps to purify the skin and helps to fight any infections.

Sage – Many studies have shown that sage can actually help cut perspiration by about as much as 50 percent. Sage oil has been used as an antiseptic and an astringent and helps to tighten pores and helps to absorb dirt from your skin.

Lavender – This stuff is awesome for healing small burns, cuts, and anything else related in that area. It’s also great for using it for its calming effects; many adults use this stuff as a way to calm hyper active children.

Oregano – Many people think that oregano is just for cooking and spicing things up. Well in China it’s been used for centuries for a long list of ailments. This includes itchy skin, rashes, and helps to fight infections. Be cautious when using it though, too much can irritate the skin.

Witch hazel – Witch hazel has nothing to do with witches or witch craft. Many people think it’s associated with it. Actually it was used a lot by Native Americans; they used the tree branches and leaves for many purposes. Witch hazel is excellent for helping to keep pores tight and help to absorb dirt and filth.

Now you have your full list of items that you will need to be using. Make sure you get these at a reputable location. You won’t need a lot so you don’t have to break the bank in order to get these herbs for your deodorant. And honestly this will last you quite a long time, at least a year as a matter of fact. So in the time that you would spend less on some over the counter stuff, you would have to buy a more of those in the long run than you would of this. So the cost is actually far  less in the long run.
